"That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children, to be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed." Titus 2:4-5

About Me

I am an ultra-conservative, old-fashioned devoted follower of Jesus Christ.  I am an imperfect sinner who has been saved by grace through faith, daily relying on the Holy Spirit in everything I do. I'm happily married to my husband since 1994, joyfully raising and homeschooling my 4 children.  I am passionate about teaching women to completely embrace being a keeper at home, and all that it entails.  I firmly believe that feminism has caused the breakdown of the family, which in turn has contributed to the collapse of morality.  For where there is pride and selfishness, there is destruction.  I am doing all I can in my little corner of the world to preserve the traditional family.

I enjoy homesteading, and am trying to learn all I can about growing and preserving my own food.  I'm am working at getting better at frugality and sustainable living.  I also believe that preparedness is a very important part of caring for my family. You can read more about my homesteading ventures on my "homesteading" page!

Nutrition for myself and my family is of the utmost importance to me.  I serve healthy, whole foods, no processed food, and we hardly ever eat out.  I work at eating as many fresh fruits and veggies, salads, and fresh squeezed juices as possible.  I'm a firm believer that food is healing, and what we eat matters a great deal!

I believe that Jesus is coming SOON, and I want people to be ready!  I want to focus on the eternal, and keep my eyes off the temporal materials things that don't matter in eternity.

I believe that children are a blessing from the Lord, and it is He who determines the number of children for each family.  This may look different for everyone, but it is important that we keep an open heart and listen to the Lord and what His plans are.  I do not believe we are to decide how many children we have.  We are to seek the Lord and maintain an attitude of openness to life and all that He has called us to!
