Recipes that are made weekly and eaten daily in my house!:
Peanut Butter Protein Bars
Hubby's Blueberry Smoothie:
juice from 2 oranges (or "cheat" and use 1/2 c. store bought)
3/4 c. plain or vanilla yogurt
3/4 frozen blueberries
1 banana
1 scoop protein powder
1 T. flax oil
Put all into blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
